Is the leather really full-grain?
Yes. Full-grain is the top layer of the hide with the natural grain intact — the strongest grade there is, and the only one that develops a patina rather than wearing out. We do not use “genuine leather”, bonded leather or split leather in any piece.
Is engraving free?
Yes, on every piece. Type a name, initials or a monogram — up to 20 characters — in the Engraving field on the product page. Leave it blank for a plain piece.
Can I see a preview of the engraving?
Not on the website. We engrave exactly what you type, in the case you type it, so check the spelling before you order. If you are unsure how something will look, email us first and we will advise.
How long until my order ships?
Up to 5 business days. Every piece is made after you order — cut, stitched, then engraved — so there is no stock to pull from. We email you when it is dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.
Will I pay import duties?
Possibly, depending on where you are. Our prices include everything we charge, but customs authorities in some countries charge duties or handling fees on arrival. Those are set and collected by them, not us. See Shipping & Payment.
Can I return an engraved piece?
Not for a change of mind — an engraved piece is made for one person and cannot be resold, so it is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. It is always covered if it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. Unengraved pieces can be returned within 14 days. Details in Returns & Refunds.
What colors are available?
Brown and green, on every piece. Both are the same full-grain leather; only the dye differs.
How do I look after the leather?
Keep it away from prolonged wet and direct heat, and let it dry naturally if it does get wet. It needs no conditioner in the first year; after that, a small amount of a neutral leather balm once or twice a year is plenty. Scuffs are part of the patina and usually rub out with a thumb.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — each piece engraved with a different name. See Corporate Gifts or email us with the quantity and date.
Who am I buying from?
Echoed is a trading name of Humax Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 14920614), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London. The pieces are made in our own workshop in Türkiye.
