Withdraw from Contract

If you have changed your mind about an order, you can withdraw from the contract here. This is the electronic withdrawal function required by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us, and a further 14 days to send them back. We refund within 14 days of receiving them, or of proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner.

Engraved items are made to your specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless faulty. If your order was engraved and something is wrong with it, use the contact page instead — that is a fault, and it is covered.
