RETURN:

You do not have the right to return personalized products.

You have a 15-day right to return products that are not personalized.

If the reason for this return is a production/delivery error, Echoed will provide a replacement with a new product or a refund without charging any fee.
If the reason for the return is dislike/cancellation, shipping costs belong to the customer. When the product is received by Echoed, the shipping costs ($15) will be deducted from the refund.
The product and its packaging you want to return must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent completely with its original box.
